Nutrition and Fitness Tips from First Lady of the United States ...

It?s no secret, Whitney and I admire our current ?First Lady of the United States Michelle Obama. She is one of our role models and inspirations as we both admire her style, speaking , education and much more. Regardless of your political stands (if you have any), you can?t say First Lady Michelle Obama isn?t also a beacon for health and fitness.

I read a great article on some of her fitness and nutrition tips for herself and her family. Check out my summary of FLOTUS Michelle Obama?s fitness and nutrient tips.

Fitness Tips from First Lady of the United States ? Michelle Obama

  • Morning Workouts ? She workouts out at 4:30am or 5am.
  • Couple Time ? President Obama joins in on the workouts an half hour or hour later than she does. While working out they watch Sports Center and catch up on all that is going on.(Cute! Her workout partner is her husband too!)
  • Travel Fitness ? She will jump rope or do burst training when traveling.

Nutrition Tips from First Lady of the United States ? Michelle Obama

  • Junk Food Alternatives ? She has healthy alternatives for those food weakness for herself and family.
  • Juice Lovers - She recommends substituting water for juice. If you can?t cut juice, a great alternative is to mix juice with seltzer.
  • Nuts and Chips Lover ? Eat sparingly and slowly. President Obama shakes them in one hand and creates, like, a little dispenser with his index finger where he can just pop them in his mouth.
  • French Fry Lover ? Don?t bring them in the house. It?s much easier to say no when they are not in arms length.
