Texas A&M golf course managers and operators met with Rene Rangel, CEO of Sterling Golf, Monday to discuss plans to outsource the University golf course.
?
Student Body President John Claybrook tweeted Sunday, ?Coming Fall 2013: the nations finest on-campus golf course. Amazing plans from Sterling Golf at virtually no net cost to students.?
?
Golf course student-worker and reporter for The Battalion Aaron Deering said the new course could have three additional holes as well as renovations to current holes.
?
Renovations may include changes to the clubhouse such as the addition of concessions.
?
KBTX reported in March that a University official said the golf course has lost $600,000 in the last four years.
